I absolutely loved the spacious room with a nice view! The staff was super helpful, especially Yazmin. The only downside was the noisy AC unit. Overall, a comfortable place to stay! 😊

The hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown.
My check-in experience was frustrating. To make matters worse, the carpet in the hallways emitted a faint unpleasant odor, and the overall feel of the hotel was much darker than welcoming. These aspects definitely detracted from my overall experience.

I expected a five-star treatment, but the front desk staff barely smiled, and I had to haggle just to check in early. Not to mention, the titled amenities were shockingly basic. I am utterly appalled that I didn’t receive any complimentary gesture after all the inconveniences. What a disappointment. Almost gave this a good review, but I just couldn't.

The staff was hospitable and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay, and the location is conveniently close to various shops and restaurants.
The breakfast options were quite limited.

my stay at central park hotel & casino was fantastic. it’s located near chinatown with a panamanian supermarket just a short walk away. the front desk staff really stood out, especially yazmin, who made me feel welcome during check-in. the room was spacious with great amenities, and the hotel had a fun casino attached. i enjoyed my comfortable king room disability access for all eight nights.
the pool was closed during my visit, which was a bummer.
